Adam Harris Fitness is widely regarded as the TOUGHEST workout experience around. Participants are pushed to their physical and mental limits in all class formats. Content of all training sessions is extremely intense, delivered in a no-nonsense instructional style.

Class content will not be stopped or condensed if participants fall behind or are unable to complete exercises.

Adam Harris Fitness classes are uncompromising - BE READY!!

To ensure participants are ready to take part in Adam Harris Fitness classes, please read through the following Fitness Requirements.

Strength & Conditioning:

Participants should have experience in weight lifting techniques, to include (but not limited to), squats, lunges, Olympic barbell lifts, push ups and chin ups. Exercises are often performed to failure for repeated sets and repetitions. Please contact Adam Harris Fitness if you are unsure if you match the Fitness Requirements.

Boot Camp:

Participants should be able to complete “full” push-ups, sit ups, and burpees for at least 1 minute continuously. Participants should be able to run at least 3 miles at a 8.5 minute mile pace. Please contact Adam Harris Fitness if you are unsure if you match the Fitness Requirements.

Trail Running Classes:

Participants should be able to run at least 5 miles (on trail systems) at a 8.5 minute mile pace. Please contact Adam Harris Fitness if you are unsure if you match the Fitness Requirements.


Adam Harris Fitness can always bring potential class participants fitness levels up to the necessary Fitness Requirements through Personal Training. 

Please contact Adam Harris Fitness to schedule Personal Training if you feel your current fitness level is insufficient for attendance at any of the class formats.

  • Class payment is required if you start but do not/can not complete any of the class formats
