Personal Training is a 1 to 1 fitness service with direct instruction and exercise prescription. Personal Training sessions include goal setting, health and wellness screening then prescription and instruction of training sessions that will achieve prescribed goals.
1:1 Personal Training is the most individualized service Adam Harris Fitness offers. Sessions are typically 1 hour in duration and can be scheduled by contacting Adam Harris Fitness directly.
Personal Training sessions usually take place at the Gym but can be scheduled for offsite/outside locations.
Please note there is no minimum fitness requirement for 1:1 Personal Training.
All Personal Training sessions cost $80 per hour.
