BARBELL CLUB
Barbell Club classes is a group workout accommodating 10 persons at the Gym.
Exercise prescription in these classes is VERY intense and particularly technical. Classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes and cost $20 as a "drop in" price.
Exercises will include (but are not limited to) Cleans, Snatches, Deadlifts, Squats, Presses. Barbells are primarily used.
Barbell Club classes aim to improve strength, conditioning, muscular composition but also proficiency in barbell lifting technique and efficiency.
Attendance at a Barbell Club class requires experience of lifting a Barbell utilizing the described movements/exercises.
