BARBELL CLUB

​Barbell Club classes is a group workout accommodating 10 persons at the Gym. 
​
​Exercise prescription in these classes is VERY intense and particularly technical. Classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes and cost $20 as a "drop in" price.

​Exercises will include (but are not limited to) Cleans, Snatches, Deadlifts, Squats, Presses. Barbells are primarily used.

​Barbell Club classes aim to improve strength, conditioning, muscular composition but also proficiency in barbell lifting technique and efficiency.

​Attendance at a Barbell Club class requires experience of lifting a Barbell utilizing the described movements/exercises.

​Please see the Scheduling Page for weekly Barbell Club class availability. You MUST email Adam Harris Fitness to reserve your space in these classes and complete a Waiver and Policy document before attending.
